WinnProperties invites you to fill out a Rental Application. To help us
expedite the processing of your rental application, please request your current
landlord to complete, and sign, the "Rental History" section of your application.
We charge a $40.00 application fee for each individual adult applicant and a
$60.00 application fee for a married couple. We require a copy of two recent pay
stubs and a copy of your driver's license or photo ID along with your
application. Once all necessary documentation has been received by
WinnProperties, and application fee has been paid, WinnProperites will conduct a credit and criminal background check and verify your
rental history.
